We collect the account, contact, order, delivery, payment-reference, support, and security information needed to operate the store.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, process orders, match payments by order number, coordinate delivery, issue invoices, provide support, and prevent fraud.

Google sign-in

When you use Google sign-in, we receive the verified email address and basic profile information needed to create or access your TogetherGY account.

Analytics and advertising choices

With your separate permission, TogetherGY uses Google Analytics and Meta tools to measure product views, cart and checkout activity, confirmed purchases, refunds, and campaign results. We store limited campaign labels and pseudonymous identifiers for up to 90 days. Meta server events may use hashed contact details and browser or network information to match a consented conversion. You can reject or withdraw analytics and advertising permission at any time through Privacy choices without affecting store functions.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with hosting, email, security, accounting, payment-review, shipping, and support providers. Operational email recipient and payload data is anonymized after 180 days, security-log personal data after 90 days, rate-limit records after 30 days, and audit records after 365 days. Order, invoice, tax, payment, and other legal transaction records may be retained longer when required.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, audit records, rate limits, and encrypted connections in production. You may ask support to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information.
